Discovery Meeting – Our SEO development services begin with a client discovery meeting where we meet with key personnel to fully understand our client’s business goals and objectives for their web site. We use this session to collect information about the company’s competitors, partners, industry affiliations and target markets. This session is also used to generate a core keyword list for SEO keyword research.
Competitive SEO Analysis – We perform keyword and position analysis of our clients’ high ranking competitors and review their SEO strategies to determine how to duplicate their successes and exceed them where possible.
SEO Keyword Analysis & Selection – Using keywords generated in the discovery session and those gleaned from competitors' sites, we perform a comprehensive keyword discovery process to determine what search terms offer the greatest potential for a successful SEO campaign. We strive to identify both premium and unexploited relevant search terms with sufficient popularity to generate traffic.
Baseline SEO Assessment - Once targeted keywords are selected through the keyword and competitive analyses, we determine where a clients site actually appears in search results for selected SEO keywords. We also apply web site analytics and tools to assess the current performance of the site that can be used as a baseline from which to track progress. From these statistics, we target areas that provide the greatest opportunity, while preserving areas that are performing well.
Technical Site Review – Our technical site SEO review ensures that your overall site structure, coding and URLs are SEO friendly. We’ll analyze your site, and report on any broken links or other coding errors we find. We’ll also work with you to correct these errors.
Content Development – Once we have a finalized SEO keyword list, we work to integrate the keywords into appropriate elements on the site such as the title element, meta description, alt tags, and internal link anchor text. This crucial step is designed to improve overall keyword density for targeted SEO keywords, and position clients' sites as "authorities" for these keywords.
Engine & Directory Submissions – for all of our SEO clients, we submit their sites to major search engines and directories so that their sites will be indexed more quickly and we can start building quality inbound links.
Partner & Reference Link Building – We work with our clients to identify partners or other reference sites that would be suitable for link building. Generating relevant, quality inbound links to sites helps improve a sites overall rankings within the engines.
Social Media Marketing - We also add links to our clients' sites from our company's social media profiles to help generate more inbound links. For clients interested in establishing a presence on social media sites, we offer a Social Media Marketing package that includes building profiles on 4 selected social media sites and training on how to effectively use social media marketing.
We also offer ongoing services to monitor and refine SEO campaigns. Once the baseline SEO development is completed, campaign performance needs to be tracked and evaluated.
Continual Link Building – We continue to research linking opportunities for client sites through blogs, industry sites, other directories, and social media sources. Generating quality inbound links for a site will continually improve that sites overall rankings in the engines.
Monthly Reporting Position Review & Program Analysis – The only way to truly know how any search engine marketing campaign is performing is to monitor and evaluate site statistics on mutually agreed upon metrics. We use several industry standard tools in conjunction with Google Analytics to track the progress of SEO campaigns and make adjustments. Our SEO maintenance service, includes monthly reporting and consultation on campaign effectiveness.
Discovery Meeting - During PPC discovery, we meet with our clients to understand their overall PPC marketing goals and objectives. This meeting includes a discussion of raw keywords and identifies metrics that will serve barometers for the success of the PPC program.
PPC Keyword Research - Next we perform exhaustive research to identify target keywords through industry tools and competitive research. We review and analyze titles, descriptions, and content on a client’s site to identify the most targeted pages to associate with each keyword.
We design a PPC program starting with geographic targeting, network targeting and keyword clusters that help define campaigns and adgroups. We work to narrowly target adgroups so that the ad content, keywords and landing pages support each other from a content perspective. Proper campaign structure ensures keywords will be driving traffic at the most effective bid price.
PPC CAMPAIGN DEVELOPMENT & LAUNCH
Once the overall campaigns and adgroup design is set, we create ads and select landing pages most appropriate to given keywords. A minimum of 3 ads will be generated for each adgroup for performance testing. We then launch the campaign. We then submit keywords, ads, bids, and landing page URLs to search engines within defined campaign structure and help expedite keyword submission and editorial review
Once a PPC program is launched, the fun begins! We offer ongoing management services to track and monitor the effectiveness of our clients’ campaigns. We use reporting tools available from the engines as well as Google Analytics and other reporting tools, depending on what conversion metrics are being used.
