Developing a Custom E-Commerce System
1000Bulbs came to us in September with a need for a website redesign and e-commerce development project. Unlike any other typical e-commerce site we knew very quickly that this project would need a much more customized solution. With the expertise of our development team and 1000Bulbs a plan was developed to create a one-of-a-kind custom e-commerce system.
There were two huge benefits to developing a custom e-commerce system for 1000Bulbs. The first benefit being that NetSuccess is going to build a system that will interface with their current accounting system. This will not only streamline their works efforts, but also create a much more efficient way of doing business. And in this economy, who doesn’t want that? The other major benefit to a custom e-commerce system is that by not using an off the shelf shopping cart the developers will be able to create a better performing site. Our developers will build only what is necessary for the client; therefore the site will run much faster compared to an off the shelf shopping cart that has extra, unwanted functionality.
