In Search for Certification

SEO / SEM Certification

My plights to find and receive a certification in the job I love lead me to others in the industry. In the past SEO & SEM (Search Engine Optimization and Search Engine Marketing) training has always been peer to peer. I have been in the field for 6 yrs now and have never had any formal or certified training. In an industry that is so competitive, I set out on a path to find out why is it that my peers and I do not have a certification.

The Blue or the Red Pill?

I would like to take the pill that has extreme knowledge, grow my hair, and have George Clooney’s boyish smile. Fortunately for SEO / SEM my looks are computer friendly and I don’t have the pressure of looking good everyday. In my search for a certification I was feverishly looking for my Morpheus. Who would teach me the meaning of the SEO / SEM matrix and how to use it for the good of man kind?

Is there a credible SEM certification and where do find it?

Online of course! The reason I like what I do is because I get to watch what and how the internet is changing because of the strategies of my peers and me. I took a stab at it just to fulfill my curiosity. “SEO / SEM training” random items came up in organic search and in the paid advertisement. “SEO Certified Companies” even more random with of course more training offered. Seminars all around, But no certification. What am I to do?

Jackpot!

Finally! I found my nirvana, a piece of heaven, a slice of life! I found a place that would not only certify me but offer a college level continued education credit. An institution that would also allow Netsuccess to write off all expenses at the end of this years Tax season. This is a win, win for all.

Netsuccess now would have the only SEO / SEM that has a Certification in Advance Search Engine Marketing Strategies in the state of Texas. I feel like I am Indiana Jones and I have just found the Lost Ark.
